You can find us at shop number 7 in the Shantaba Complex. We are right on Varachha Road in Surat. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the Lakshmi Hotel is near Hirabaug. We’ve been operating from here for quite a bit. It’s mostly just us handling bookings and talking to people who need to get from one place to another. The traffic on Varachha Road is always something else, so it gets loud outside the office. We have people coming in all day asking about bus timings or trying to find a seat for the night journey. It’s a simple setup. A couple of desks and some chairs for people to wait while we check the charts. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually drink a cup of tea. We know the routes around here pretty well. It's not a big corporate office with fancy decorations. Just a practical space to get tickets sorted. Most of our regulars are from the neighborhood or people heading out for work or to visit family. Dealing with travel means things change fast, like schedules or road conditions. We just try to keep up with it. If you’re near Hirabaug, you’ll probably see our sign. We've been in this same corner of Shantaba Complex for years now and we don't plan on moving. It's just a regular part of our life here in the city.
