Shree Mahakali Bag Stores & Garment

You can find us at Shop No. 5 on Plot No. 36 in the Nandanvan Society area. We are right on Palanpur Road near the Jakatnaka. It is a handy spot because a lot of people pass by on their way to work or school. We sell a mix of things like bags and various garments, so the shop is always full of different colors and materials. There are school bags hanging from the ceiling and shirts folded on the wooden shelves we put up. It is not a very large shop so we have to use every bit of space we have. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when more than two people are inside at once. We try to keep things neat but with so many different items it is hard to stay perfect. The Palanpur Jakatnaka area is always moving and we see a lot of the same faces every day. We usually open up around ten in the morning and stay until late evening. My brother and I mostly run the place ourselves without much extra help. We don't have a computer for billing, we just use a simple notebook and a pen. It is a basic shop for regular people looking for everyday things. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon so we usually pull the shade down halfway to stay cool. We’ve been here long enough that most locals just call us by our names when they walk past.
