If you look for us in Surat, you will find our shop at Momai Complex near the New Bombey Market area. We are right by the Sahara Darwaja circle which is always a bit chaotic with all the buses and people moving around. It is a loud spot but it makes sense for a travel business to be right in the middle of it all. We spend our days booking tickets and talking to passengers who are trying to get to different places. The New Bombey Market is right there so there is always something happening. We have a small space here in the complex where we handle the daily bookings. It is not a corporate setup, just us and a few chairs for people to sit while we look up schedules. We have been operating from this Sahara Darwaja area for a good bit of time now. Most of the drivers know where we are. We don't use any fancy systems, just the regular stuff to make sure people get their seats. The office opens early because that is when the first buses start moving. It can get dusty and noisy with the traffic outside but that is just how it is in this part of Surat. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the tickets are right. It is a simple life running a travel desk here. We see all kinds of people coming through Momai Complex every day.
