Being in the Katargam New G.I.D.C. means things are always moving. Our shop is number 478, right on Amroli Road. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect anything fancy when you come by. It’s mostly about the production here. We deal with a lot of dust and the constant sound of machines from the neighbors. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. The space is filled with tables and racks, and we try our best to keep it organized, though it doesn’t always stay that way for long. We’re busy with the creations most of the day, cutting and checking everything. It’s a lot of standing and moving around. We don't have a lot of time for sitting. The tea stall nearby is where we take our breaks, just to get a bit of air. It’s hard work, and your hands get tired by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Amroli Road is always packed with trucks and bikes, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. But we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to do our job well every day. People know us for being here in the GIDC, and that’s enough for us. It’s just a regular day-to-day grind.
