We've been at Shop No 1022 on Ring Road for a while now. It's a busy spot near Delhi Gate. People come in to sort out their travel plans. We mostly just help with booking tickets and figuring out how to get from point A to point B. It’s a small office, nothing fancy. We started Shree Arbuda Travels & Agency because we knew the area well and saw people needed help with trips. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop, and other times it's quiet enough to have a proper chat with someone about their bus route. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us here. If you're walking around the Ring Road area, you've probably seen our sign. We handle the paperwork and the bookings so people don't have to stress about it too much. It gets crowded during the holiday seasons, but that's just how it goes in Surat. We try to be helpful when people ask about timings or prices. It’s just a regular local business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. Most of our regulars live nearby or work in the markets. We just do our work and go home. Nothing complicated about it. We appreciate when people stop by instead of just calling. It makes the day go faster. Hopefully, we can keep doing this for a long time.
