Shree Anjani Silk Mills

If you head over to the Ring Road area, you’ll find us in the Anupam Textile Market. We are in units 505 and 506. It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the textile stuff going on. Shree Anjani Silk Mills has been part of this market for some time. The hallways in Anupam are always filled with rolls of fabric and people rushing around. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. We have our two units connected, which gives us enough room to breathe and do our work. There’s always dust in the air and the smell of new cloth. We don’t have any slick marketing or a big reception area. It’s just a workspace with a lot of fabric. Dealing with the Ring Road traffic is the hardest part of the day. Sometimes deliveries take longer because the road is just blocked. We mostly focus on what’s right in front of us. The staff here knows the routine. We pack things up, move them out, and bring new stock in. It’s a lot of physical work. We take our tea breaks when we can. You see the same faces every day in the market. It feels like a little community even though everyone is busy with their own thing. We just try to keep our heads down and stay on top of the orders.
