We’ve been at the Akshar Diamond Building for a while now. It’s right near Mangadh Chowk, which is always busy. Being in the Mini Bazar area means there is constant movement around us. We handle stuff here every day. It’s a plain office, nothing fancy. We get to work early and stay until the job is finished. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we are used to it. People drop by often. We mostly just keep our heads down and deal with the orders as they come in. It’s just how things go in Varachha. The building is easy to find if you know the landmark. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is sorted. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. It’s about the work. We keep our paperwork in order and try to keep things moving. Most days are just regular business days. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up, but we are still in the same spot. It’s a practical place to be. We just do what we need to do. The desks are a bit old and the chairs creak, but they do the job. Sometimes we have tea from the stall downstairs while we talk about the day’s tasks. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. We don't need much else.
