Our shop is 666-667 inside the New Textile Market. Everyone calls it NTM. We are right on the Ring Road, which is basically the heart of the textile trade here. If you've ever been to Ring Road, you know how crazy it is. Constant trucks, rickshaws, and people carrying huge bundles of cloth on their heads. We are right in the thick of it. Shanti Fashion has been in this market for a while. It’s a big building, and it can be easy to get lost in the corridors. We have a lot of stock squeezed into our units. It is all about the fashion trade here. We spend our days talking to traders and looking at new samples. It’s a fast-paced environment. There isn't much time for sitting around. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just try to have the stuff that people are buying this week. The air conditioning in the market helps, but it’s still a lot of work. Sometimes the elevators break down and we have to haul stuff up the stairs. That's just how it goes in NTM. We are surrounded by hundreds of other shops doing the same thing. It is competitive and loud. We just focus on our own corner and keep the business moving. Ring Road is the place to be if you’re in this line.
