Shakun Fashion

Shakun Fashion operates out of units A-8 through A-10 in Kudalwadi, which is part of the Umarwada area. It is a bit of an industrial feel around here. We have three units side by side which gives us just enough room to handle our stock. The floors are concrete and we have high ceilings that echo a bit when we talk. It is not the quietest place to work because of all the activity in Kudalwadi. There are always tempos and rickshaws moving through the narrow lanes. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the three units to find what we need. Each unit has its own purpose, though they all tend to get a bit cluttered by the end of the week. We don't have a reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you'll probably find us mid-task with a tape measure or a clipboard in hand. Umarwada is a busy place and we fit right into the hustle of it. We try to keep the windows open for a breeze but sometimes the dust from the street is too much. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time so we work well together without needing to say much. We just get the job done and head home when the street lights come on. It is honest work and we are glad to have our spot here.
