Shah Tours & Travels

Shah Tours & Travels is located in the Westfield Shopping Center on Ghoddod Road. Our unit number is 1070. We are quite close to the Axis Bank, which is a major landmark around here. Also, St. Xaviers School is right opposite us across the road. This part of Surat is always moving, and Ghoddod Road is one of the busier places to be. The shopping center is big, so it took us a while to get settled in, but now we’ve been here for years. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage various travel plans for our customers. We have a lot of regular people who come in because they live nearby or their kids go to the school across the street. We handle a lot of different things, like flight tickets and tour packages, but we do it in a very simple way. We sit down with people, look at the options on the screen, and try to find something that fits their dates. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we just talk like normal people. The office can get a bit cluttered with brochures and paperwork, but we know where everything is. We like being in the Westfield center because there’s always people around and it’s a safe, well-known spot. We just keep doing our thing, one booking at a time.
