Sha Mangilal Phoolchand & Co

People usually find us over here in Udhna, just a short walk from Arihant Complex. The shop has been under the name Sha Mangilal Phoolchand & Co for quite some time now. Most mornings start early, usually with a cup of tea while we get everything opened up at number 13. It’s a busy area and the noise from the street never really stops during the day. We spend most of our time organizing things on the shelves and talking to the people who drop by. There isn't anything fancy about how we do things here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work keeps us too busy to worry about that. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the desk, especially on Mondays when everyone seems to come in at once. We know the neighbors well and the local tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our brew. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fans running full blast. Dealing with suppliers and keeping track of what’s in the back takes up most of the afternoon. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a simple setup. We just focus on getting through the daily list and making sure the shop stays in order. When the sun starts to go down, we start winding things up and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.
