Our office is on the second floor of Jolly Square, specifically Shop Number M-3. This is on Ghoddod Road in Surat, right in the Union Square Lane near Ram Chowk. It is a very popular area, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Once you get up to the second floor, it is a bit quieter than the street below. We have a modest space where we handle all our travel work. There are a couple of computers, some desks, and a lot of paper flyers from various places. We spend the day looking at calendars and trying to piece together itineraries for people. The building itself sees a lot of foot traffic since there are other shops and offices around us. Sometimes we go down to the lane to grab a tea and stretch our legs. It is a lot of sitting and typing, which can get repetitive, but we are used to it. The office does not have any high-end furniture; it is mostly stuff we have used for years that works just fine. We have a big window that looks out towards the lane, though the view isn't much besides other buildings. It is a functional space where we handle the daily grind of bookings and cancellations. We are just a small group of people working together in this corner of Surat, doing our best to keep everything straight for everyone.
