Seagull Holidays is based in the International Trade Centre at Majura Gate, right on the ground floor at G 10. Being on the Ring Road means we get a lot of walk-in traffic from people busy with their own day. We’ve been in this spot in Surat for a long time. The office is a practical space where we sit down and work out travel plans for whoever comes through the door. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sales team. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of knowledge about where to go and how to get there. We help people with all kinds of holidays, whether they’re just going a few towns over or somewhere much further. The Majura Gate area is always loud and fast-moving, but we try to keep things calm in our shop. We don't like to rush people when they are trying to decide on their plans. We’ve seen the travel industry change a lot with the internet, but people still seem to like coming in and talking to a real person. We just provide a simple service. We aren't trying to be the most famous agency, just a reliable one where you can get your questions answered. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking emails to make sure everything is in order. It’s a decent way to earn a living and help our neighbors at the same time.
