Sanskar Travels

If you find yourself near the J K Tower on Ring Road, you'll see Hiral Arcade right across the way. That’s where we are, down at unit U/6. Sanskar Travels isn’t some massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working out of this shop in Surat. We’ve been in this part of town for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The traffic on Ring Road is always a bit much, but it keeps things lively and we're used to it. Most of our day is spent looking at different routes and trying to figure out the best way for people to get from one place to another. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s a functional space with some chairs for people to sit while we talk. Usually, someone is on the phone and someone else is dealing with a walk-in. We handle a lot of regular folks from the area who just want to get away for a few days. It feels good when someone comes back and tells us the trip went okay. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the basic stuff to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when it’s busy, but we manage somehow. If you’re looking for the shop, look for the sign near the arcade entrance. We’re usually here until late evening every day.
