Sanjay Rai Colour Contractor

You can find me over at 302 Palanpur in the Mittal Estate. I have been a colour contractor for a long time now and this estate is where I keep all my supplies. It is a busy industrial kind of place with a lot of workshops and small businesses. There is always someone loading or unloading a truck nearby. My space is on the third floor so I have to carry my paint cans up and down quite a bit. It keeps me in decent shape I suppose. Sanjay Rai is the name on the door but most people just call me Sanjay. I started out working for someone else in a different part of town before I moved to Mittal Estate. Palanpur is a good area because it is growing fast and there is always work to be found. I don't have a fancy secretary or a phone that rings all day. Most of my business comes from people I have worked for before. I like to keep things simple and direct. If a wall needs painting, I go and look at it and tell the owner what it will take. I don't use big words or try to act like I am a huge company. It is just me and my crew. We work hard and we try to finish on time so we can get to the next job. The estate gets very quiet at night which is a nice change from the daytime chaos.
