Raju Painter

If you go down Vasta Devdi Road to the Royal Plaza, you'll find us at 117/118. We are right across from Akhand Anand Collage. Raju Painter is the name on the door. It’s a place that smells like wet paint and thinner most of the time. We have cans stacked up against the walls and brushes drying near the back. It’s not a fancy studio, just a working shop where things get done. We spend our days mixing colors and trying to get the right shade for whatever project is on the bench. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of students walking by and noise from the street. We don't mind it. Our space in Royal Plaza is where we handle the orders and talk to customers about what they want painted. Sometimes it’s a small sign and other times it’s something much bigger. We get paint on our clothes and sometimes on the floor, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just like to do a good day's work. People know us at 117/118 Vasta Devdi Road because we’ve been here for a bit. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just pick up a brush or a roller and get to it. Raju Painter is just a local spot for local people who need some color in their lives.
