Salt N Pepper Restaureant (Group Of Sankalp)

We run Salt N Pepper Restaureant here in Surat. It's part of the Sankalp group. You can find us over at Block No G, Room No 303. Usually, the kitchen gets pretty busy around dinner time, especially on weekends when families come out. We've been in this spot for a bit now. People come in for a quick bite or to sit down with family when they don't feel like cooking at home. It’s not a huge place, but we try to keep things clean and the food hot when it hits the table. Sometimes the staff is running around a lot when all the tables fill up at once. We don't really do anything fancy here. Just regular meals that people in Gujarat like to eat. It gets a bit noisy when the place is full, but that’s just how it is. We keep the menus simple so it’s easy for anyone to pick something they like. Working in a restaurant means long hours but we are used to it by now. The kitchen smells like spices all day long. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood. It’s nice when people recognize us and say hello. We try to get the orders out as fast as we can. Sometimes things take a few extra minutes if it's a big group. That’s just life in a kitchen.
