Saleh Tours And Travels Co operates out of the Thakorji Complex. We are located at the Palsana Highway Char Rasta in the Palsana area of Surat. It’s a very busy spot because of the highway, so there’s always the sound of trucks and cars zooming past. We are right near the Kotak Mahindra Bank and directly opposite the Swminarayan Mandir. The temple is a beautiful building and it’s a nice thing to see when we step out of the office for a breath of air. Being near the highway means we get people stopping by who are just passing through, as well as the locals from Palsana. The office in Thakorji Complex is pretty basic. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a few chairs for visitors. It’s not the quietest place because of the Char Rasta traffic, but we are used to the noise by now. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people about their itineraries. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the price is. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Sometimes we get a bit busy when a lot of people come in at once after visiting the temple, but usually, it’s a steady flow. We’ve been here for a while and the location on the highway works out well for a travel business like ours. There is always someone needing a ticket or a ride.
