Sairath Travels

You can find us at shop 17 in the SMC Shopping Center on Ring Road. We are right across from the Twin Tower and quite close to the Medical College near Sahara Darwaza. It’s a central spot in Surat, so there’s always a lot of noise and traffic. We’ve been working out of this office for a while. It’s not a very big place, but we have enough room for the computers and a few people to wait. We deal with bus tickets and travel arrangements every day. Sometimes it gets really crowded in here, especially in the evenings when people are finishing work and looking for a ride. We don't use any complicated systems, just the usual stuff to get people where they need to go. The area around Sahara Darwaza is always full of energy. We see all kinds of people coming through. Some are students from the college and others are workers heading home. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The office has seen better days, maybe, but it works for us. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most people just know we are here in the SMC building. It's a practical business. We drink a lot of chai and talk to customers about their travel plans. That’s pretty much the whole story of our day-to-day life here on Ring Road, just keeping the bookings moving and helping folks out.
