Sairam Mobile & Travels is right here at Udhna Bommanahalli 22. We’ve been around for a while now, just doing our thing with phones and travel tickets. It gets pretty busy in the shop, especially on weekends when everyone wants to top up their plans or book a bus back home. Most of the time it's just us handling whatever walks through the door. If a screen is cracked or a sim card isn't working, we try to take a look and see what can be done. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything, just a few chairs and the usual chaos of a local spot. People know us in the neighborhood, so we see the same faces every week. It’s not a big corporate operation, just a small counter where we handle mobile recharges and travel arrangements. Sometimes the printer acts up when we're trying to get a ticket done, but we manage somehow. We stay open pretty late to make sure people getting off work can stop by. It's a bit of a squeeze inside the shop with all the accessories on the walls. We don't do much advertising, just word of mouth mostly. Udhna is a busy area and we've just become part of the daily routine for the folks living nearby. If you need a recharge or a train seat, we're usually around the counter.
