Sainath Mobile Collection

Sainath Mobile Collection is located in Surat, specifically over at Balaji Nagar on the Pune Satara Road 4. This shop has been here for a bit, and we mostly deal with mobile phones and all the little bits and pieces that go with them. It’s a busy road, so there is always a lot of dust and noise coming in from the traffic. We keep a lot of different cases and screen guards because that’s what people always need when they drop their phones. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning that works all the time, but we keep the fans going. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit and chat with whoever is in the shop until it comes back on. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just talk to the people who walk in. If someone has a problem with their device, we take a look and see if it's something we can handle there or if they need to go elsewhere. Most of our customers are regulars from the Balaji Nagar area. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us behind the counter trying to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time just organizing the stock on the shelves and making sure the glass on the display cases is clean enough to see through.
