We are tucked away in the basement at LG 1 of the Glamour Complex. If you are looking for us, we are near the Rupali Naher and right opposite the Bajaj Showroom. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows the D K Park Society next door. Being in the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler than the street level, which is nice during the summer months. We do clothing and design work, mostly what we call creations for local customers. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We have some mirrors and racks set up so people can see what we've been working on. There is always a lot of activity on the road outside, so the basement feels a bit like a quiet escape. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who handle the stitching and the customers. Sometimes the canal nearby makes the air a bit damp, but we keep our fabrics protected. We aren't looking to become some big brand name. We just like making things that people feel good wearing. It's a lot of hours spent under artificial lights, but we enjoy the process of turning a piece of cloth into something finished. Most of our customers are from the nearby societies and they've been coming to us for years. We just keep things moving one day at a time without too much complication.
