Sai Shyam Engineering

You can find Sai Shyam Engineering at Plot No. D-120 in the Balajee Industrial Estate. We are in Shop No. 4, right across from the petrol pump on Udhana Magdalla Road. It’s a very industrial area, so there are always tempos and trucks going back and forth. The smell of diesel from the pump is pretty strong some days. We are an engineering shop, so we spend our time working on various mechanical parts and repairs. It’s a dusty environment with the sound of machines humming constantly. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have our tools and the workbench. Udhana Magdalla Road is one of those places that never really stops moving. Being in the Balajee estate means we are surrounded by other people doing similar work. We talk to the neighbors and sometimes borrow a tool if we are missing something specific. It is a simple way of working. We open up early and stay until the light goes. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just fix what is broken or make what is ordered. People from the nearby industries know where we are. We've been at Shop 4 for a while now and the petrol pump is the best landmark to tell people. It’s just us doing our daily work in the heat. Sometimes we work on Sundays too.
