M/S Constant Engg.(Pvt)Ltd. is based in Surat, right on Anand Mahal Road. We are in the Golden Park Apartment, specifically unit D/2/301. It’s a pretty good location because we are right opposite the S.M.C. Water Tank. That’s the landmark everyone uses to find us. Surat is a busy city and Anand Mahal Road is one of those places that’s always full of life. Being in an apartment building means our office feels a bit more private. We have a few rooms set up for our engineering work. There are always blueprints and technical drawings spread out on the tables. The apartment isn't huge, so we have to stay organized. It’s got that typical Surat feel—a bit humid but always active. We don't have a big corporate entrance. You just come up the stairs or take the lift to the second floor. Our staff is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't use much jargon or fancy business talk. We just discuss the projects and what needs to be finished by the end of the week. The water tank across the street is a massive thing, and it’s a constant part of our view. Sometimes the traffic downstairs gets really loud, but we just close the windows and keep going. It’s a simple office for people who just want to do their jobs without any extra drama or polish.
