Sai Holidays is tucked away in the Kailashnagar Flats, at D/1/7. We are located near Majura Gate in Surat, which is a big intersection that everyone knows. Because we are in a residential flat, our office feels a lot more like a home than a regular business place. We are also close to J P Khaman House, which is a popular local spot for food. The address is 395002. Being in an apartment complex means it is a bit quieter than the shops right on the main road, though you can still hear the city. We have a few desks set up in one of the rooms and plenty of shelf space for our files. We are a small team, just a few of us working together. We don't have any corporate missions or fancy brochures to hand out. We just prefer to keep things simple and talk to our customers like they are friends. Most of the people we help are from the surrounding area or people who have known us for years. We don't feel the need for big signs or marketing. People find us because we have been here at Majura Gate for a long time. We spend our days answering the phone and figuring out travel details on our computers. It is a relaxed way to work, and we think it makes things easier for everyone who comes to see us. It’s just how we like it.
