Our place is at 2/634 in Chello Mohallo. We are situated right on the Udhna Main Road, which is always packed with traffic and people going to work. The big landmark near us is the Bala Pir Dargah in Rustampura. It’s a busy section of Surat, especially in the 395002 zip code area. The office is nestled in Chello Mohallo, so you have to look for the right turn off the main road. It’s a humble spot, nothing like those big travel agencies you see in malls. We have some plastic chairs and a lot of ledger books. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve been that way for a while. We hear the sounds of the Udhna Main Road all day long. It’s a lot of honking and the sound of rickshaws. We usually start early and stay until the evening rush is over. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with their travel plans. It’s a very local vibe here. We don’t use any big words or fancy systems. We just write things down and make sure people get where they need to go. Rustampura has a specific rhythm to it, and we’ve been part of that rhythm for a good amount of time now. It’s just a normal day at the shop for us.
