Sahil Mobile Gallery

You can find Sahil Mobile Gallery at Athwa U 10. We call it a gallery, but it's really just a modest shop with a lot of phones on display. We've got glass counters that we have to wipe down multiple times a day because of all the fingerprints. People like to come in and hold the phones before they decide on anything. We also spend a lot of time putting on those tempered glass screen protectors, which is harder than it looks if you want to avoid bubbles. The shop is located in a spot that gets a decent amount of people walking by. We keep the radio on most of the time to fill the silence when there aren't many customers. There are stacks of phone boxes in the back room that need sorting, but we never seem to get around to it. Most of our customers are from the local area and they usually want something that lasts a long time. We have a small plastic chair for people to sit on while their phone gets a quick check-up. The sign outside has faded a bit from the sun, but everyone knows where we are anyway. It’s a simple life, opening up in the morning and seeing who comes through the door. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if a customer is on their way with a broken phone. We don't do anything fancy here, just basic honest work with mobile phones and accessories.
