Safari Tours & Travels is located at 401 in Lakhani Chembers. We are right on Varachha Road, which stays pretty crowded most of the day. If you know where J D Restaurant is, we are just upstairs from there in the Minibazar area. It is a busy part of Surat, but we like being in the middle of everything. We handle a lot of different travel arrangements here. Sometimes it is just a quick bus booking, other times people want to plan something bigger. We spend a lot of time on our computers checking schedules and making sure timings work out. The office is usually filled with stacks of brochures and notebooks where we keep track of things. We do not really do the big sales pitches you see online. People just come in, sit down, and tell us where they want to go. We try to be practical about what is possible and what is not. Varachha can be a bit loud with the traffic outside, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it is a bit quieter. We have been in this spot for a while, and people around Minibazar know us by now. It is just a few of us working here, keeping track of bookings and answering the same questions about luggage or departure times. We keep things simple and just focus on getting the tickets printed and the itineraries sorted so travelers can get on their way without much trouble at the counter.
