We are located in the Silver Spring Complex on Anand Mahal Road. It’s right opposite the Sree Ram petrol pump, so it is quite easy to find if you are driving by. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking various schedules. The office is small, just G-24, but we have enough space for a couple of desks and some old chairs for people to sit. Organizing trips is what we do every day. Sometimes it is a trek in the mountains and other times it is just a simple city tour. We get a lot of phone calls throughout the day. People ask about prices and dates all the time. We try to answer as best as we can. It’s not always easy because things change so fast in the travel world. The office can get a bit messy with brochures and papers. We like it here in this part of Surat. There is always something going on right outside the door. We’ve been helping folks plan their getaways for a while now. It’s nice to hear their stories when they come back. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is just a regular shop where we talk to people. Most of our time is spent on the computer or on the phone. We don't do much fancy marketing. People just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign. We are just regular people who like traveling and helping others see new places.
