S B Thakkar

We are over at A 203 in the Jainam Residency building. It's in the Adajan area, which is pretty quiet most of the time compared to other parts of the city. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling things from our apartment office. Usually, it's just S B Thakkar making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we wait around for that when people come by. It’s a residential spot mostly, so we try not to make too much noise or bother the neighbors. People around here know the building well. It is easy to find if you are coming from the main road in Adajan. We don't have a big fancy sign outside or anything like that. Just the name on the door. Most days we are just sitting here doing the work that needs doing. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We have some files and a desk and not much else. It's just a simple setup for the business. We don't really do the whole big corporate office thing. It's more comfortable this way. If you walk down the hall, we are the second door. The stairs are also an option if you want some exercise. We've seen the neighborhood change a little over the years, but our spot in Jainam Residency stays the same. It is a basic place for basic work.
