R Direct

R Direct is situated at 327 on the Ring Road, right near the Ganigarpet Avenue Road Cross. We are in the Golden Point building, which sits right next to the BSNL Telephone Exchange. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise and energy around us. We handle a lot of different items here, mostly focused on the distribution side of things. The space is a mix of a small office and a storage area. Boxes come in and go out all day long. It can get a bit chaotic when the delivery trucks arrive at the same time. We have a small team that manages the orders and talks to the clients on the phone. We do not really have time for anything fancy or decorated. The walls are a bit bare and we use old wooden desks that have seen better days. It is a practical setup because we are always on the move. Being near the telephone exchange makes it easy to give directions to people who are coming to find us. We have been here for a few years and have gotten used to the constant sound of horns from the traffic on Ring Road. We just try to keep our heads down and make sure everything is where it needs to be. It is not glamorous, but it is our work and we like being in the center of things.
