Ronak Garments

We are based at No. 63/C in the Mahatma Industrial Estate. It is located on Kapodra Varachha Road. Unlike the many shops you find in the main textile markets of Surat, we are in an industrial area. This means it is more about the production and moving big bundles of clothes. There is always the sound of some machines or trucks moving nearby. We have been operating out of this unit for a while. It is a very practical space and it definitely isn't meant for showing off to visitors. We deal with garments, mostly simple stuff that people need for their everyday lives. There are heaps of fabric and thread and scraps everywhere you look. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of people, just a small place with a few dedicated workers who know what they are doing. We don't spend any of our time on fancy talk or marketing tricks to get more customers. We just make the garments and get them sent out to the various shops that sell them to the public. It is hard work and the days can be quite long, especially in the summer when it gets really hot inside the estate. We just drink a lot of water and keep our heads down. We don't have any corporate goals or anything like that. We just try to make sure the clothes are sewn together properly and shipped out on time.
