Ritika Creation

You can find Ritika Creation over at B-126 in the Radha Krishna Textile Market. Being on Ring Road means there is always noise and movement outside. Our shop is tucked in there with many others. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily flow of fabric shipments. It is a lot of checking invoices and making sure the bundles are what they are supposed to be. The space is a bit cramped because we have so much stuff coming in, but we know where everything is. We do not really do much in the way of fancy stuff. It is just a work-focused environment. Sometimes the elevators in the market are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving, I guess. We have some people who have worked here for years, and we all just get along with the day’s tasks. It is not a corporate office, just a textile shop in a busy market. We have tea twice a day and try to get through the orders before the courier arrives in the afternoon. Most of our neighbors in the market are doing the same thing. It is a community of sorts. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always a pile of cloth somewhere that needs to be moved or sorted out before the day ends.
