Redisson Hotel

The Redisson Hotel is situated at M-2, Panchvati Society, over in the Parle Point area of Surat. It’s tucked away in a society rather than being on a huge commercial lot, which gives it a different atmosphere. We have rooms for people staying in the city for a few days. The building is a regular size and fits in with the rest of the neighborhood. We don't have a giant lobby with waterfalls or anything like that. It’s a front desk, a place to leave your keys, and the rooms upstairs. We spend our time making sure the beds are made and the bathrooms are clean. That's the main part of the job. Parle Point is a well-known area, so people find us easily enough. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just Surat for you. We have a small staff who handles the check-ins and the cleaning. It’s not a fancy five-star place where everyone wears white gloves. We’re just regular people running a hotel for travelers who need a place to sleep. We've had guests from all over, and we try to treat them fairly. The furniture is decent, and we keep the lights on. It’s a simple business. We don't try to be anything more than a clean place to stay while you're visiting for work or a wedding or just passing through.
