Ganga Sagar Complex is where we stay busy. Shops 16 and 17 are usually full of parts and metal pieces. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons on Puna Kumbhariya Road. We see people heading toward Sanskruti Bhavan across the way all day long. It’s a lot of metalwork and planning in this space. Sometimes the floor is a mess because we are right in the middle of a big project. We've been here for a while now. The neighbors know us. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace with tools and desks and coffee cups. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and then trying to make them work in real life. Engineering isn't always clean work. There is grease and loud noises from the machines most of the time. You walk in and it smells like iron and old oil. We just do the work that comes in. Sometimes it is a long day and we stay late when the sun goes down over the complex. It’s a decent spot for a shop. There is not much to look at from the street except our sign and maybe some scrap sitting outside. We handle what we can. Life at Shop No. 16 and 17 is mostly about solving the next problem that walks through the door. We don't have a big front office or anything. It's just the workspace and us. We've seen the road change over the years. More traffic now. But we just keep at it. Our tools are old but they get the job done for us.
