Raj Laxmi Travels is located at Shop 11 in the Sardar Complex. We are right on Varachha Road, which stays pretty crowded most of the day. Being opposite the SMC Shopping Centre makes it easy for people to spot us when they are out doing their errands. We’ve been in this complex for a while, and it’s a good spot for a travel business. Most of what we do involves booking tickets and helping people plan their journeys. It isn't a high-end office; it’s just a practical space where we get the work done. The 395006 area of Surat is where we’ve built our roots. We see a lot of regulars who won't go anywhere else because they know how we work. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes the complex gets really busy, especially during the festive seasons when everyone wants to travel home or go on a holiday. Those days are long and we drink a lot of chai to keep going. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a bus is full, it's full. We just look for the next best thing. It’s a simple business run by local people who understand the needs of the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bookings. That's how we've always done things here. It's not complicated, just part of the daily life on Varachha Road.
