Raj Engineering

Our place, Raj Engineering, is out at Plot No 5101 in the GIDC area of Sachin. It is a big industrial zone, so there is always the sound of manufacturing and machines in the air. We have a decent-sized plot where we handle various engineering tasks. The floor is concrete and usually has a few marks from moving heavy equipment around over the years. We do not spend much time in the small office area. Usually, we are out on the floor where the actual work happens. It can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at once, so we have to use hand signals sometimes. We have got a small crew here, and everyone knows what they need to do without being told too much. We focus on getting the jobs out the door on time. Sometimes the weather makes it a bit tough, especially when it rains hard and the noise on the metal roof is loud. We keep our tools organized, more or less, though things tend to wander off during a busy shift. We do not have a website or a social media person. Most of our work comes from the other businesses nearby in GIDC who know we do a decent job. It is a lot of physical work and problem-solving on the fly. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the machines in good shape. It is a basic, hardworking shop that does the job.
