We run our operations from unit C/G-17 in the Manibhadar Campus in Godadara. It is situated right next to a lot of other textile shops, so the whole area is always full of workers moving goods back and forth. We have been in this particular unit for a while now. It is a practical space for us. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception area for visitors. You just walk in and you will see us working at the tables. We mostly handle the production side of things. There is usually quite a bit of noise from the cutting and the machines, but we have grown to like that sound. It means we have plenty of work to do. Our staff is mostly made up of people who live right here in the neighborhood. We know each other’s families and often share snacks during our afternoon breaks. It is not the kind of place where you have to wear a uniform or follow a bunch of rules. We just get on with the daily tasks. Some days the power goes out, and we just have to sit and chat until it comes back on. That is just how things are here. We don't use the computer much unless it is absolutely necessary. Most of our business is done face-to-face. We like to see the people we are dealing with. We just want to do our work and stay in business.
