Rainbow Travels World

Our little office is in the Swaminarayan Complex, which is right by Majura Gate. We are in unit C-2, right beside the ITC Building, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for most people in Surat to recognize. Rainbow Travels World is basically just a local shop where we spend our days sorting out travel stuff. It isn’t anything too special to look at from the outside, but we’ve made it comfortable enough for when people stop by to chat. The area around Majura Gate can be quite hectic, especially during rush hour, but we like being in the middle of it. We spend a lot of our time checking dates and prices on the screen. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don’t have any fancy brochures that make things look better than they are. We just tell people what’s available and what it’s going to cost. It’s an honest way to work, we think. A lot of folks from the nearby offices come in during their lunch breaks to ask about weekend trips. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shop owners nearby. It feels like a small community even though it’s a big city. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you need a hand with a trip, we’re right here next to the ITC Building most days of the week.
