You can find us at Begampura Sector 1, shop number 1030/31. It’s a brick-and-mortar place that’s been around for a while. I took it over from a friend and kept the name the same because everyone already knew it. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound that drives me crazy sometimes. But people don't come here for the decor. They come because their phone fell in the water or the charging port is acting up again. I spend most of my day hunched over a workbench with a magnifying glass. It’s tedious work, but I like the challenge of figuring out what’s wrong with a motherboard. The shop is usually full of people waiting for their repairs, so it can get a bit cramped. We have a small bench outside where people can sit or just watch the world go by. I don't have a website or any of that stuff. Word of mouth is how we get most of our business. If I do a good job for one person, they tell their cousin, and then their cousin shows up a week later. It’s a simple way to run a business. I just try to be fair and do the work right the first time so I don't see the same broken phone twice. It’s better for everyone that way. By the time I pack up my tools at night, my eyes are pretty strained.
