We’re over at C-84 in Sadul Gunj, Bikaner. If you know Rajasthan, you know it gets pretty hot here, so our office is usually a place where we try to keep cool while we work on hospitality services. We’ve been at this Bikaner address for quite a while now. It’s a decent neighborhood, fairly quiet compared to the main market areas. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for Radhakrishna Hospitality. It isn't always glamorous work. A lot of it is just managing schedules and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some rooms with desks and a lot of ledgers. The people working here are mostly locals from around the Sadul Gunj area. We talk a lot about food and how to keep things running smoothly for the people who use our services. We don't go in for big speeches about quality or anything. We just try to make sure nobody is left waiting. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there’s a big event, but we just put our heads down and get through it. It’s just us doing our bit in Bikaner, keeping things practical and moving forward every day. We’ve seen the city change a lot over the years, but our little office stays pretty much the same.
