Rachna Mobile

Rachna Mobile is located in the Udhna Kondhwa Budruk area. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but we’ve been here long enough that it’s just home to us. The shop is a basic setup. We have some glass counters with phones and a lot of chargers and headphones on the wall behind them. It gets pretty busy around here, especially on the weekends. People from all over Udhna Kondhwa Budruk stop in for different things. Sometimes they just need a new SIM card or a quick recharge. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on a news channel or a cricket match. It gives the place a bit of a relaxed feeling. We don’t have any fancy displays or bright neon signs. It’s just a regular shop where we do regular work. Sometimes the shipments are late and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s not perfect, but we do our best with what we have. I’ve lived in this area most of my life, so I know a lot of the families around here. It makes the work feel more personal. We don’t have a big corporate manual to follow. We just treat people the way we’d want to be treated. It’s a simple way to run things. The street noise can be a lot sometimes, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking. We don't have much space for chairs, so most people just stand while they wait.
