Rachana Communication

Here in Kadodara, we run Rachana Communication. It has been our main focus and our daily life for quite a while now. We deal with all sorts of things like mobile recharges, new phone connections, and sometimes even basic repairs if we have the time and the right tools. The shop is right on the main path through town, so we see a lot of people passing by our door every single day. It is just a small room with a lot of bright posters on the walls and a couple of old stools for people to sit on while they wait for their paperwork to go through. We are not a corporate office with people wearing suits and ties. We wear what is comfortable and we talk to people like they are our neighbors, which they usually are in a place like this. Things can get a bit loud when the traffic is heavy on the road outside, but we really do not mind the noise anymore. We spend a lot of our time helping people understand their data plans or setting up a new SIM card for them. It is not overly complicated work, but it does take a lot of patience. We do not have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls. We just want to make sure that people can stay connected with their families without too much trouble. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow and we have to wait, so we just sit and chat with the customers until it works.
