If you are looking for us, we are over at Shop No 16 in the SMC Shopping Centre. It’s on the busy Ring Road in Surat, near the Sahara Darwaja area. Smimer Medical College is right nearby, so we often see students and staff walking past the shop. Being in an SMC building means things are pretty standard. The shop is a decent size, enough for us to handle the daily rush of passengers. Most people come here because they need to get somewhere else, whether it’s for work or seeing family. We deal with a lot of bus routes and ticket bookings throughout the day. The area is always loud with horns and people shouting, but that’s just how it is near Sahara Darwaja. Inside the shop, we’ve got our maps, some old calendars on the wall, and the usual office stuff. We don’t spend much on decorations. It is more about having a functional space where people can come in, ask about timings, and get their seats booked. The zip code is 395002, right in the heart of the commercial zone.
