You can find us at 101 Athwalines, inside Jolly Plaza. We are right opposite the Athwa Gate, which is a big landmark that most people in the city know. Birla Sun Life Insurance is the name on our sign. Jolly Plaza is a busy building, so there is always a lot of movement around us. Our office is on the first floor, making it easy to reach. We’ve been here for a while and have become quite used to the noise of the street outside. It’s a central location, which makes it handy for people to stop by while they are out doing other errands. We aren't a very large team, just a few of us here making sure things are taken care of. The office is simple and functional. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. We just focus on the paperwork and talking to the folks who come in to see us. Athwa Gate is right there, so we often use that to explain our location to anyone who is lost. We try to keep things very down-to-earth. No complicated jargon or sales pitches, just plain talk about what we do. It’s a good spot to be in, and we appreciate being right in the middle of everything. We just open up every day and try to stay organized. There is always something to do, but we keep a steady rhythm throughout the day.
