You can find us over on Varachha Road, near where it meets the Hosur Main Road in Sindasandra, at shops 377-378. It is a very busy area with a lot of commuters and locals moving back and forth all day long. Because we are in two units, 377 and 378, we have a bit more space than some of the other shops around here. We handle a lot of telecom stuff, like SIM cards and talk-time top-ups, but the main work is the mobile phones. People are always dropping their phones on the hard pavement out there, so we see a lot of shattered glass every week. The noise from the main road is constant, with horns and big buses passing by every second. We have a couple of guys working here, usually talking to customers while trying to fix something at the same time. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day. The shelves are packed with boxes of chargers, earphones, and spare batteries. It is a bit of a maze sometimes when we are looking for a specific part. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first started on Hosur Main Road. It is a fast-paced place to work, but we like being in the middle of all that activity. We just keep the shutters open and wait for the next person who needs their tech sorted out.
