Print Line & Mobile

At Bapu Nagar 3 in the Adajan Dn area, we have this small spot where we do two different things. Half the shop is full of paper and the smell of ink from the printers. The other half has mobile phones and accessories. It's a bit of a mix, but it works for the people around here. The printer makes a rhythmic clicking sound almost all day long. We get students coming in for their project copies and neighbors wanting to top up their phone balance. The air is always a bit warm because of the machines running. We have stacks of A4 paper piled up near the desk. Sometimes the paper jams and we have to spend ten minutes pulling bits of blue and white sheets out of the rollers. It's messy work. On the mobile side, we have cases and screen guards. The sunlight hits the front window in the afternoon, making it hard to see the screen displays. We just pull the thin curtain shut. There isn't much room to walk around once a few people are standing inside. We keep a ledger on the desk to write down the mobile recharges. It is just a basic shop where we try to stay organized among all the cables and ink bottles. Bapu Nagar is a lively place, so there is always someone walking in with a scrap of paper or a broken phone.
