Premlaxmi Creation

Working in Millenium Market is always a bit of a rush. Our shop is B2029, and it’s right in the middle of everything on Ring Road. You can hear the sounds of carts being pushed and people shouting all day long. It’s a massive place, so sometimes people get lost trying to find our door among all the others. We keep the shop open from early morning until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There are rolls of fabric and finished pieces sitting in big bags ready to be sent out. The floor is concrete and stays a bit cool, which is nice when it’s hot outside. We don’t have fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and a clock that’s five minutes fast. Premlaxmi Creation has been here through many seasons. We know the tea seller who comes around every two hours. We usually just have a small desk where we do all the paperwork by hand. The space is used mostly for storage and showing things to people who drop by. It’s often very crowded on the Ring Road, so getting deliveries in and out takes a lot of patience. We just focus on getting the day's work done. Some people think it’s a big business, but mostly it is just moving boxes and checking lists. We like the routine of it, even when it gets a bit messy with the trash.
