Pramukh Tours

Pramukh Tours is at Shop Number 1 in the Ashok Nagar Shopping area. We are on the Katargam Singanpore Road, right here in the Katargam part of Surat. A good way to find us is to look for Harikrishna Restaurants, as we are located right below them. You can often smell the food cooking from upstairs, which makes us hungry around lunchtime. The shopping center is usually bustling with local people doing their daily errands. Our shop is just a simple room with our equipment and some chairs. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual travel requests, like bus tickets or small tours. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything. It’s more of a traditional local shop where we keep all our records in folders and on the computer. Katargam is a lively area and being on the Singanpore Road means there is always traffic passing by. We know many of the other shop owners around Ashok Nagar, so it feels like a friendly place to work. We just sit here, take calls, and help whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog of paperwork to get through, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s a quiet, honest way to make a living. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on being here every day for the locals who need us to book their trips.
