You can find us in President Plaza, specifically in unit A501. It’s on the fifth floor, which is high enough to get away from some of the Ring Road noise. We are right near the RTO office, which is a major landmark everyone in Surat knows. If you’re heading towards the RTO, you’ll see our building. It’s a decent enough space but we don’t try to be too formal inside. We have our desks set up and plenty of shelf space for all the records we have to keep. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though things pick up in the afternoons. We’ve been operating out of this suite for a good period. Most of the folks who visit us are locals who have been coming here for years. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk and says hello when someone walks in. We deal with a lot of numbers and paperwork, so we need the focus. The building is well-maintained, which is nice. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick break when the sun is setting. It’s a typical office life here. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just here to do a job and help the people who walk through our door with their documentation and requirements. Everything is kept in its right place.
